Booking fee
To secure date, all bookings are subject to a $400 non-refundable non- transferable booking fee.
Booking Fees will be deducted from the overall balance of the invoice. Booking fees help with the ongoing costs of running the business and to secure your date.
Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is canceled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
Payments
The final invoice will be sent out 30 days prior to the booking date to be paid via bank deposit no later than 14 days prior to the event. Partial payments may also be required.
All payments are to be paid to the provided account and include your full name and invoice number in the description. If funds have not been received cash payment will be required and collecte prior to starting.
Trial
All trials will be held at our Makeup or Hair studios. If you require us to travel to you for your trial a travel fee will be charged. The time allotted to a trial is 1.5 hour for Hair and 1.5 Hour for Makeup, 3 hours for both hair and makeup. If you require two styles to be trialed or the trial extends the time allocated to be trialed an additional fee will be charged per hairstyle and/or per makeup trial.
Cancellation or rescheduling of trials requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Within this time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the trial will be incurred.
In the very unlikely event Jess is severely unwell or unable to work on your wedding date, you will receive a full refund of money that has been paid. Jess will do her best to find a similar calibre artist as a replacement for the day.
Wedding / Event Day
If paid parking is required, this is to be paid for on the day by client prior to arriving. Clear parking instructions must be advised prior to wedding to avoid any delay in start time.
An early morning fee from $50 will apply for any weddings starting before 6am.
Terms and Conditions / Cancellations:
Please confirm your numbers carefully at the time of your booking, as we do not offer any reductions to the original quote and numbers booked.
Cancellation of any booking by you must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete booking fee will be retained by Foxs Lane Styling regardless of notice or reason given, due to administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.
No refunds are given for postponements or cancellations due to the circumstance of a natural disaster or pandemic.
Cancellations within 90 days of the group booking/wedding will be charged the full costs of the booking. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation fees will be charged at our discretion.
Min booking of 5 for Fri - Saturdays for weddings.
Foxs Lane is made up of a team of Hair and makeup artists, there is no guarantee that you will be booked with Jess, this is subject to availability.
